Farmakologik xususiyatlari
IV avlod antibakterial preparat, ftorxinolon, bakterisid ta'sirga ega. Keng doiradagi gram-musbat va gram-manfiy mikroorganizmlar, anaeroblar, kislota-barqaror va atipik bakteriyalarga nisbatan faollik ko'rsatadi.
Ta'sir mexanizmi topoisomeraza II (DNK-giraza) va topoisomeraza IV ni ingibitsiyalash bilan bog'liq. DNK-giraza - bakteriyalarda DNK replikatsiyasi, transkripsiyasi va reparatsiyasida ishtirok etuvchi ferment. Topoisomeraza IV - bakterial hujayra bo'linishi vaqtida xromosomal DNK ni ajratishda ishtirok etuvchi ferment.
Makrolidlar, aminoglikozidlar va tetratsiklinlar bilan o'zaro rezistentlik yo'q. Tizimli qo'llanilgan moksifloksasin va boshqa ftorxinolonlar o'rtasida o'zaro rezistentlik rivojlanishi haqida xabar berilgan.
Moksifloksasin ko'pchilik mikroorganizmlar shtammlariga (in vitro hamda in vivo) nisbatan faol:
Gram-musbat bakteriyalar: Corynebacterium spp., jumladan Corynebacterium diphtheriae; Micrococcus luteus (eritromitsin, gentamitsin, tetratsiklin va/yoki trimetoprimga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Staphylococcus aureus (metitsillin, eritromitsin, gentamitsin, ofloksasin, tetratsiklin va/yoki trimetoprimga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Staphylococcus epidermidis (metitsillin, eritromitsin, gentamitsin, ofloksasin, tetratsiklin va/yoki trimetoprimga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Staphylococcus haemolyticus (metitsillin, eritromitsin, gentamitsin, ofloksasin, tetratsiklin va/yoki trimetoprimga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Staphylococcus hominis (metitsillin, eritromitsin, gentamitsin, ofloksasin, tetratsiklin va/yoki trimetoprimga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Staphylococcus warneri (eritromitsinga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Streptococcus mitis (penitsillin, eritromitsin, tetratsiklin va/yoki trimetoprimga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Streptococcus pneumoniae (penitsillin, eritromitsin, gentamitsin, tetratsiklin va/yoki trimetoprimga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Streptococcus viridans guruhi (penitsillin, eritromitsin, tetratsiklin va/yoki trimetoprimga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan).
Gram-manfiy bakteriyalar: Acinetobacler Iwoffii; Haemophilus influenzae (ampitsillinga chidamsiz shtammlar jumladan); Haemophilus parainfluenzae; Klebsiella spp.
Boshqa mikroorganizmlar: Chlamydia trachomatis.
Moksifloksasin in vitro sharoitida quyida keltirilgan mikroorganizmlarning ko'pchiligiga qarshi ta'sir ko'rsatadi, biroq ushbu ma'lumotlarning klinik ahamiyati noma'lum:
Gram-musbat bakteriyalar: Listeria monocytogenes; Staphylococcus saprophyticus; Streptococcus agalactiae; Streptococcus mitis; Streptococcus pyogenes; Streptococcus C, G, F guruhi;
Gram-manfiy bakteriyalar: Acinetobacler baumannii; Acinetobacter calcoaceticus; Citrobacter freundii; Citrobacter koseri; Enterobacter aerogenes; Enterobacter cloacae; Escherichia coli; Klebsiella oxytoca; Klebsiella pneumoniae; Moraxella catarrhalis; Morganella morganii; Neisseria gonorrhoeae; Proteus mirabilis; Proteus vulgaris; Pseudomonas stutzeri;
Anaerob mikroorganizmlar: Clostridium perfringens; Fusobacterium spp.; Prevotella spp.; Propionibacterium acnes.
Boshqa organizmlar: Chlamydia pneumoniae; Legionella pneumophila; Mycobacterium avium; Mycobacterium marinum; Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
