Farmakologik xususiyatlari
Levofloksatsin – antibiotik keng spektrli ta'sirga ega florokinolonlar guruhidan bo'lib, faol modda sifatida levorotatsiyalovchi ofloksatsin izomerini o'z ichiga oladi. DNK-giraza (topoizomeraza II) va topoizomeraza IV ni bloklaydi, superspiralizatsiyani va DNK uzilishlarini tiklashni buzadi, DNK sintezini bostiradi, sitoplazmada, hujayra devorida va membranalarda chuqur morfologik o'zgarishlarni keltirib chiqaradi.
In vitro va in vivo sharoitlarda ko'pchilik mikroorganizmlar shtammlariga nisbatan samarali. Preparat ta'siriga sezgir: - aerob gram-pozitiv mikroorganizmlar: Enterococcus spp. (shu jumladan Enterococcus faecalis), Staphylococcus spp. (koagulaza manfiy metitsillin sezgir / o'rtacha sezgir shtammlar), shu jumladan Staphylococcus aureus (metitsillin sezgir shtammlar), Staphylococcus epidermidis (metitsillin sezgir shtammlar), Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Streptococcus spp, shu jumladan Streptococcus pneumoniae (penitsillin sezgir / o'rtacha sezgir / qarshilik ko'rsatadigan shtammlar), Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus (C/F guruhi), Streptococcus (G guruhi), Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus milleri, Streptococcus viridans. - aerob gram-negativ mikroorganizmlar: Enterobacter spp. (shu jumladan Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes), Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, Klebsiella pneumonia, Klebsiella oxytoca, Legionella pneumophila, Moraxella catarrhalis, Morganella morganii, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Providencia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Serratia marcescens, Acinetobacter, Citrobacter, Bordetella pertussis. - anaerob mikroorganizmlar: Clostridium perfringens - boshqa mikroorganizmlar: Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
