Farmakologik xususiyatlari
Levofloksatsin - keng spektrli bakteritsid antibiotik bo'lib, xinolonlar guruhiga kiradi (florxinolon). Levofloksatsin - ofloksatsinning levovrotaruvchi izomeri. Levofloksatsin DNK-girazani (topoizomeraza II) va topoizomeraza IV ni bloklaydi, superspiralizatsiyani va DNK uzilishlarini bog'lashni buzadi, DNK sintezini inhibe qiladi, mikroorganizmlarning sitoplazmasida, hujayra devorida va membranalarida chuqur morfologik o'zgarishlarni keltirib chiqaradi. Levofloksatsin in vitro va in vivo sharoitlarda ko'pchilik mikroorganizmlar shtammlariga nisbatan faol: • aerob gram-musbat mikroorganizmlar: Corynebacterium diphtheriae; Enterococcus faecalis; Listeria monocytogenes; Staphylococcus spp. (koagulaza-negativ, metitsillin sezgir/umumiy metitsillin sezgir shtammlar), shu jumladan Staphylococcus aureus, epidermidis (metitsillin sezgir shtammlar); Streptococcus pyogenes, agalactiae, pneumoniae (penitsillin sezgir/umumiy penitsillin sezgir/penitsillin-rezistent shtammlar), Streptococcus (C, G guruhlari), Viridans guruh streptokoklari (penitsillin sezgir va penitsillin-rezistent shtammlar); • aerob gram-manfiy mikroorganizmlar: Acinetobacter spp., shu jumladan Acinetobacter anitratus, baumannii, calcoaceticus; Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans; Bordetella pertussis; Citrobacter freundii, diversus; Eikenella corrodens; Enterobacter spp., shu jumladan Enterobacter aerogenes, agglomerans, cloacae, sakazakii; Escherichia coli; Gardnerella vaginalis; Haemophilus ducreyi, influenzae (ampitsillin sezgir/ampitsillin-rezistent shtammlar), Haemophilus parainfluenzae; Helicobacter pylori; Klebsiella spp., shu jumladan Klebsiella oxytoca, pneumoniae; Moraxella catarrhalis; Morganella morganii; Neisseria gonorrhoeae (shu jumladan penitsillinaza ishlab chiqaruvchi shtammlar), Neisseria meningitidis; Pasteurella spp., shu jumladan Pasteurella canis, dagmatis, multocida; Proteus mirabilis, vulgaris; Providencia spp., shu jumladan Providencia rettgeri, stuartii; Pseudomonas spp, shu jumladan Pseudomonas aeruginosa, fluorescens; Salmonella spp.; Serratia spp., shu jumladan Serratia marcescens; • anaerob mikroorganizmlar: Bacteroides fragilis; Bifidobacterium spp.; Clostridium perfringens; Fusobacterium spp.; Peptostreptococcus; Propionibacterium spp.; Veillonella spp.; • boshqa mikroorganizmlar: Bartonella spp.; Chlamydia pneumoniae, psittaci, trachomatis; Legionella spp., shu jumladan Legionella pneumophila; Mycobacterium spp., shu jumladan Mycobacterium leprae, tuberkulyoz; Mycoplasma pneumoniae; Rickettsia spp.; Ureaplasma urealyticum.
